Responsibilities
Create and maintain workflows, approval processes, and validation rules based on internal stakeholder requirements
Must have exceptional organizational skills as well as interpersonal and communication skills to establish relationships at all levels of the organization and meet the needs of diverse stakeholders
Serve as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.
Must have a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements, documenting those requirements in use-case format
Knowledge of all phases of software development including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing (integration, user, and performance), debugging, implementation, and support
Must have a solid understanding of application programming, database and system design
Solid computer skills with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project) and project management software
Experience with Agile development
Team player who is able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and adaptability
Expected Deliverables: Data Schemas and flows, Requirements documents, Meeting notes, Process flows, root cause analysis, slides and presentations

Required
1-2 years of related IT program and management specialist experience
Bachelor Degree
