Responsibilities
Develop and execute channel partnership strategies to increase market penetration and sales through third-party partnerships.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the company's partner network.
Maintain relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations and manage ongoing partner communication.
Monitor the performance of channel partners, analyze sales data, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure they meet or exceed revenue targets.
Create and implement joint business plans with partners to align goals and define clear expectations for performance and success.
Provide regular reporting to leadership on the effectiveness of partnerships, highlighting key wins and areas for improvement.
Ensure channel partners have the tools, resources, and support needed to effectively market, sell, and service the company’s products or services.
Conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate partners on product updates, sales strategies, and best practices.
Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving partner-related issues, escalating challenges as needed to internal teams.
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product & engineering, and customer success, to ensure partner initiatives align with company objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create co-branded marketing materials, campaigns, and events that enhance partner engagement and drive lead generation.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to adjust channel strategies accordingly.
Gather feedback from channel partners and customers to relay insights to product and development teams for future innovation.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in partnership management, channel sales, or business development.
Proven track record of building and managing successful channel partner relationships.
Think strategically and solve problems - embodying a 'figure-it-out' attitude.
Possess strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and technical proficiency, with the ability to quickly adapt to and master multiple software platforms.
Be solution-driven, with a knack for problem-solving, especially in collaborative team settings.
Display poise, confidence, and maturity in interactions, particularly when engaging with senior client levels.
