Responsibilities
Learn the ins and outs of the company's products and associated apps and integrations through an intensive training program.
Answer customer questions via email and phone calls, with a focus on quality and timely responses.
Work alongside the Escalated Support team to figure out thorny problems and help customers through tricky periods.
Host webinars for and answer questions from prospective customers to help build the customer base.
Treat customers with sincerity, kindness, and respect, and share your unique perspective when asked for it in team or company conversations.

Required
At least two years of relevant job experience, preferably in a customer support role.
A service-oriented and patient problem-solving approach, with a commitment to improving the customer experience.
Excellent communication skills, with a kind and supportive nature.
Strong reading comprehension and writing skills, with the ability to clearly break down and explain complex problems.
Adaptability and comfort with change, as well as a willingness to take on new challenges.
Ability to de-escalate tense situations with ease and grace.
Predictable work and productivity, with a focus on punctuality and meeting deadlines.
Curiosity and perception, with attention to detail and a desire to identify and track trends that can improve productivity and quality.
Comfort with balancing efficiency and quality, and a willingness to use new tools and analyze data to inform improvements.
