Responsibilities
Identify key stakeholders and foster strong relationships.
Conduct market analysis and benchmarking while tracking market trends.
Develop and manage a supplier portfolio, including supplier negotiations to drive cost savings.
Identify opportunities for competitive bidding, improved supplier relations, and streamlined procurement processes.
Ensure compliance with the Global Purchasing Policy and other relevant policies.
Review and approve daily purchasing requests in Universal Workflow.
Manage global projects and integrations.
Work with internal stakeholders and vendors to finalize SOWs and POs with accuracy.
Create and negotiate Service Agreements.
Review and approve vendor extensions and change requests.
Manage RFPs and oversee contract management.

Required
Must be authorized to work in the US
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role
In-depth understanding of marketing services, including PR, Sponsorships, Events, Advertising, and Digital Marketing
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team-building and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Support cross-functional teams effectively
Meet deadline-driven requirements with efficiency
Preferred
Experience buying marketing services
Familiarity with SAP systems and tools
Workday experience preferred
