Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and develop high-quality sales opportunities, meeting established performance metrics.

Manage lead generation initiatives, call campaigns, and strategies to secure new clients.

Engage with prospects through inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, emails, and other approved communication channels.

Follow established scripts and communication protocols, ensuring accurate record-keeping within the CRM system.

Build trust and rapport with prospective clients, maintaining high levels of integrity and accountability.

Collaborate effectively within a dynamic internal sales team, fostering open communication.

Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
