Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Managing milestone and project planning assets to align project teams and facilitate status reports to a variety of stakeholder groups.

Work with Delivery Manager counterparts to ensure resource and capacity for project success is maintained with internal and external stakeholders.

Partner with project teams for applicable risk, action item and decision tracking and ownership to ensure successful project stage gates.

Financial Management

Track and monitor project financials to preserve profitability of engagements.

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive financial transparency and impacts to budget based on project decisions.

Required

At least 5 years of relevant project management experience, ideally with HRIS implementations

Ability to maintain relationships with people at all levels of an organization

Excellent communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred

SuccessFactors experience preferred

Smartsheet experience is a plus

Projector experience is a plus
