Responsibilities
Review and draft routine legal documents
Create and maintain case files
Organize and archive documents related to cases
Conduct legal research, investigate facts and develop legal arguments
Summarize cases and prepare reports for attorneys
Draft legal documents such as contracts, depositions and pleadings
Keep track of changes in legal framework and provide timely updates on these changes

Paralegal Certificate
5+ years of corporate paralegal experience
Investigative mind and strong research skills
Working knowledge legal database software
Experience in preparing legal reports
Excellent communication and time management skills
