Responsibilities
Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for software products, ensuring alignment with organizational vision and objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to inform product positioning and identify opportunities.
Set and achieve long-term goals for the software business through proactive planning and execution.
Lead the product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch monitoring.
Guide product managers in defining roadmaps, prioritizing features, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
Drive the creation of user-centric solutions that meet customer demands while maintaining usability and performance standards.
Manage and optimize budgets, allocating resources to maximize impact and efficiency.
Monitor financial performance, including revenue and profitability, and implement corrective measures when necessary.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop competitive pricing strategies and revenue targets.
Oversee engineering efforts across onshore and offshore teams, ensuring optimal performance.
Establish and refine quality assurance processes, with a focus on test automation and security best practices.
Manage agile project management practices to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
Champion best practices for software development, regulatory compliance, and product delivery.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and security protocols.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
10+ years of experience in software product management or business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven success in managing and growing competitive software product lines
Strategic vision with strong business acumen
Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills
Expertise in software development methodologies and technologies
Financial proficiency, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree
