Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and project objectives.

Develop and maintain detailed functional and technical documentation, including requirements, process flows, and user stories.

Collaborate with vendor implementation teams to ensure alignment between business needs and delivered solutions.

Facilitate design workshops and discussions to identify the best solution to meet project goals.

Manage testing efforts, including creating test plans, coordinating testing activities, and validating results with end users.

Support change management efforts by developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and assisting stakeholders during the transition.

Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, highlighting risks, dependencies, and progress.

Serving as an individual contributor to other projects requiring business analysis expertise.

Assisting with data analysis, reporting, and system troubleshooting during and after implementations.

Required

Senior/Lead BA experience with large-scale ERP, HCM, or Time and Labor system implementations.

Proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of software implementation projects, including planning, analysis, data conversion, testing, training, and support.

Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders, including vendors, technical teams, and business users.

Strong business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, process mapping, and documentation.

Proficient in managing workshops, facilitating discussions, and gaining stakeholder consensus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business language.

Solid understanding of project lifecycles methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

Familiarity with tools like SQL, Power BI, and other project management or reporting software.

Very proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications.

Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail.

Collaborative, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
