Responsibilities
Review process design requirements for biological wastewater projects utilizing Nuvoda’s Mobile Organic BiofilmTM (MOB) Process.
Complete process modeling (e.g., BioWin, Simba, SUMO) for our MOB Process projects.
Generate customer proposals utilizing standard tools
Support sales team throughout the sales process including participating in customer calls and/or site visits.
Specify and procure equipment to meet customer specifications and develop project / product costing.
Prepare technical submittal packages.
Conduct on-site walk-throughs with clients and consulting engineers.
Provide technical biological process support and troubleshooting during start-ups and operations.
Monitor & gather data and analyze process conditions.
Act as the interface with client operations and project site personnel.
Train operations and laboratory teams.
Complete installation and start-up project documentation.
Communicate with Engineering team members, customers, and suppliers regarding design improvements & modifications.
Complete engineering drawings to support project documentation requirements

Required
Minimum 3-15 years of experience with the design of aerobic wastewater systems and/or wastewater equipment design.
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail and accuracy.
Analytical thinker, with an ability to translate experience to customer solutions.
Well-organized and an ability to multi-task, prioritize and adhere to meeting deadlines.
Ability to work in a rapidly growing company, and eager to learn and grow.
Excited to bring an energy, an expectation to be involved and to change how municipalities and industry treat wastewater for environmental compliance.
Availability to travel to project sites and customer meetings, as needed. Typical travel is 25%.
Preferred
Professional Engineer certification is a plus.
AutoCAD (or similar software) proficiency is preferred.
Experience in wastewater treatment process modeling (e.g., BioWin, Simba, SUMO) considered a strong asset.
