Responsibilities
Project Management: Lead and project manage the growth of BWF’s veteran hiring platform along with other high-level donor projects ensuring the successful delivery of BWF requirements . Manage future internal/external projects that increase BWF’s visibility, work, and success in the veteran’s space.
Contract Management: With the assistance of the Sr. Dir of Operations, manage 3rd party applications and associated contracts that assist the team in the conduct of daily activities throughout the foundation.
Daily Operations Management: Become highly proficient with BWF’s Salesforce and Smartsheet platforms assisting the Sr. Director of Operations in the daily tracking and management of operations across the organization.
Collaborate & Liaise: Engage with various teams (fundraising, communications, programs, and executive operations) to ensure project management is coordinated throughout the organization. This may include calendaring events, cross team coordination, and managing reports and dashboards in Smartsheet and Salesforce. Assist BWF’s Salesforce Administrator as needed to ensure we maintain and use accurate information.
Smartsheet Management & Growth: Obtained the Smartsheet Core Product certification with one year of hire and perform as BWF’s Smartsheet primary Administrator. Keep abreast of new software features and functionality to provide recommendations for process improvements. Engage with the wider Smartsheet communities to share best practices and insights with the BWF team.
Ad Hoc Tasking: Work with the Sr. Director of Operations to manage unplanned tasks ensuring open items are actively managed and completed on time by the appropriate staff section/action person. This includes other tasks as directed for support of operations within BWF such as creating memos, slides, basic analysis, and other work as needed.

Required
MUST HAVE CAPM or PMP Certification
High level of experience with Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Zoom, Slack
Proven problem-solving, attention to detail, and analytical abilities is a must
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Successful track record working in a fast-paced cross-functional environment. Nonprofit experience is a plus
Excellent online communications, writing skills, listening skills, and ability to work individually or as a member of a team
Preferred
Smartsheet certification is a plus
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Bachelor’s degree is not required and is a plus
Recently separated service member, veteran, or veteran’s spouse is a plus
