Responsibilities
Perform preparation work and data gathering for channels launch, build out the Method of Procedure ( " MOP ") for each maintenance window, create tickets for the maintenance window work and coordinate resources for the channel launch, and finally perform the required tasks for the channel launch
A minimum of 580 channels will be launched over all 46 EC Controllers with launches to continue until specified engagement end date.
A " channel launch " will be considered a single channel launched across multiple controllers up to the maximum of 46 controllers, which needs to be modified either by adding, removing, or changing the source's frequency.

Advanced knowledge of Video Compression: MPEG-2, MPEG-4, H264, HEVC, J2K, etc.
Advanced knowledge of Audio Compression: Dolby AC3, Dolby Digital Plus, AAC, etc.
Experience with CISCO (DNCS) video delivery systems
