Responsibilities
Review and prepare complex individual and business income tax returns.
Conduct technical reviews of tax documents.
Research tax issues and provide advisory solutions.
Supervise, train, and motivate junior staff.
Provide constructive feedback on staff work.
Manage multiple client engagements and serve as the primary point of contact.

Required
Minimum of 2 years of public accounting experience.
Proficiency in preparing/reviewing individual and business tax returns.

Preferred
Experience supervising/managing staff is a plus.
