Responsibilities

Create management and communication plans and processes.
Analyze and develop procedures for management and technical duties.
Define project responsibilities with stakeholders.
Participate in budget and staff allocations.
Maintain project timelines, budget estimates, and status reports.
Oversee IT Scrum Teams, working alongside Product Managers and possibly co-product owners to ensure scalable solutions.
Manage the launch of solutions and maximize their impact.
Collaborate with architecture and operations teams for solution compatibility.

Required

Strong analytical and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management and communication.
Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA/Ado, Asana, Trello).
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills in identifying and mitigating project risks.
Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel (including macros and formulas), and SQL querying.
Capital Markets experience.
