Responsibilities
Lead strategic business development initiatives with channel partners in the BPO platform space.
Identify and cultivate business development opportunities with innovative AI and software companies in the BPO sector.
Establish and scale a consulting practice that delivers tailored processes and strategies for channel partners, positioning it as a key top-of-funnel sales initiative.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' growth stages and investment priorities to deliver CX solutions (including human capital and technology) that address both immediate needs and long-term strategic goals.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
Deep expertise in BPO space
