Responsibilities

Functional requirements documentation

Write user stories from the perspective of an end user

Document business process models for current and future state

Perform Gap analysis between current and future state and identify changes that need to be made

High-level design of system components and their interactions

Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD) - Depicting the data model and relationships between data entities

Documentation for testing phases to ensure that requirements are met and systems are functioning correctly.
