Responsibilities
Evaluate and engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and determine if working together is a good fit
Create a strong brand first impression with clients and buyers
Run new Seller clients through our proprietary onboarding process to get their business listed to the public in the most efficient and accurate manner
Review and analyze quantitative and qualitative information about the business to help create key overview materials, information memorandums, and P&Ls for the Data Room.
Communicate directly with Sellers to obtain all necessary go-to-market information
Act as a liaison between our firm and prospective buyers, including communicating via email, text, and phone calls to qualify them for the next stages of the process
Coordinate diligence sessions with the leaders of our firm, co-investors, lenders and other actors
Maintain detailed records of the status of each lead and client through our CRM (Zoho)
Keep listing materials and data room assets updated with current financials and business details while it’s on the market
Weekly client stat reports and updates
Offboarding support once a business has sold

Exhibit autonomy and maturity and is eager to create the best experience in the M&A space
Demonstrated history of execution, work ethic and grit
Preferred
Creating company CIMs (Confidential Information Memorandum) for listings
Building out financials, including P&Ls, calculating TTM with add backs, projections, and showing a clear understanding of SDE/EBITDA
Understanding key business terms & KPIs like churn, CAC, customer concentration, LTV, and more
Knowledge of SBA and Conventional loan options and valuation approaches
