Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting employees in the creation of expense reports and interpreting payroll policies into understandable terms to ensure proper reimbursement.

Responsible for reviewing and processing the expense reports of employees included in the expense report software Processor queue and meeting all payroll deadlines for expense reports.

Assist Payroll Manager in assembling biweekly payroll runs and filing payroll documents.

Assist Payroll Manager in filing certain quarterly reports to the state of Florida and ensuring the appropriate deadline is met

Assist Payroll Manager with updating annual payroll schedules that are sent to employees at the end of the year.

Special Projects: Responsible for assisting supervisor, accountants or director with special projects that may be assigned to them.

Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
