Responsibilities
Leverage referral partners, channel partners, and cold calling to build a robust sales pipeline within specific solution verticals.
Collaborate with key accounts to deliver product solutions, generate new business, and ensure client satisfaction.
Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients, fostering strong and positive relationships.
Efficiently manage multiple projects while coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders.
Actively seek and acquire new clients through diverse channels.
Demonstrate a hunter mentality by aggressively pursuing new market opportunities and expanding territory.
Successfully achieve both new and existing quota targets.
Employ a consultative sales approach to deliver tailored solutions.

Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of proven success in client management, new business development, achieving KPIs, and exceeding sales quotas.
Proven track record of acquiring new healthcare provider clients and closing deals for healthcare solutions and services. Hunter with direct sales and the ability to acquire healthcare (provider) new logos.
Consistent achievement of quarterly and annual sales quotas in complex sales environments utilizing a solution-selling approach.
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Extensive experience in delivering managed services solutions.
Results-oriented, determined, and hardworking.
Ability to thrive in a mid-sized company environment (1000+ employees).
Preferred
Preferred location: Open to any US location, but prefer one of our office locations (Minneapolis, Richmond, Kansas City, or Dallas).
Must be willing to travel to our HQ, client's site, and other locations.
Requirements: must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship.
