Responsibilities

Attract, source, recruit, and deliver top talent
Partner with hiring and HR team to maintain an open positions log to support regular hiring needs
Development and execute recruitment plans as well as strategies for various critical positions and developing pre-qualified talent pools.
Use recruiting strategies such as virtual, on-campus, regional, and in-house awareness to cost effectively expand our talent community/candidate pool for open and/or forecasted opportunities.
Employ best-in-class recruitment tactics such as cold-calling, internet searches, database mining, social media and other methods to recruit the best people for each position
Efficiently track candidates in the applicant tracking system
Demonstrate high standards of customer service skills and behaviors towards internal clients, external vendors, peers, staff and candidates
Partner with hiring manager to develop job posting language
Prepare job offer letters
Conduct compensation and benefits analyses for various roles
Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases
Design candidate experience surveys and analyze feedback
Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed
Manage employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests
Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Required

Minimum 3-5 years experience in a recruiting role
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Basic knowledge of labor legislation
Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)
Excellent organizational skills
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Tech-savvy with experience in both proprietary and mass market systems
Pass an extensive screening process
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, coworkers, business organizations, such as educational institution and military establishment personnel, and the public
Cope with and perform day-to-day duties under the principles of discipline
Maintain self-control when receiving constructive criticism and coaching
Continue performing all required tasks at a professional level when faced with unpleasant circumstances
Adapt to changing situations and set priorities.
