Responsibilities

Supports one or more of the following modules of Oracle ERP: General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, or Accounts Receivables.

Evaluates upgrades released by software vendors for assigned Finance ERP systems, collaborates with cross-functional IT teams, business analysts (if applicable) and users, and assists in testing and implementation of the upgrades.

Resolves data processing problems effectively and efficiently. Solicits input from all appropriate parties to ensure solutions are consistent and with enterprise direction.

Monitors and tracks Oracle Finance service tickets in ServiceNow with internal and Oracle for issue resolution and customer requests.

Focuses on goal completion within determined timeframe, quality expectations and budget and continues to self-train in one business area operations and the Oracle Cloud platform.

Helps identify process improvements through changes in practice, standardization or IT automation.

Collaborates with third-party vendors and consultants to optimize the Finance ERP system performance and participates in leading scope/priority of ERP system enhancements as necessary. May serve as a point of contact for vendors as it relates to the software.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree)

5 years of experience as an IT systems analyst or equivalent experience supporting an ERP or related system in an integrated complex environment

Extensive functional knowledge and some technical knowledge, expertise with system configuration, solution design, build, test and updates of Oracle

Oracle Financials experience required

Preferred

Oracle Cloud platform experience preferred.
