Responsibilities
Collaborate with marketing teams to streamline and automate campaign workflows, ensuring timely execution of digital, email, content, and social campaigns.
Manage marketing calendars and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure smooth execution of integrated marketing plans.
Ensure campaigns are tracked and measured against goals, providing recommendations for optimization.
Oversee and manage the marketing technology stack, including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and Business Development platforms with SalesLoft cadencing.
Troubleshoot and optimize tools for maximum efficiency and performance.
Ensure proper integration between marketing systems and other enterprise technologies, ensuring seamless data flow and reporting.
Own data governance, ensuring that marketing data is clean, accurate, and well-organized for reporting and analysis.
Work with data and analytics teams to generate actionable insights from marketing performance data.
Develop and implement reporting dashboards to monitor KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, campaign performance, and overall ROI.
Analyze and improve marketing workflows, ensuring processes are streamlined and efficient, with clear documentation and training materials.
Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to reduce manual tasks and improve scalability (e.g., automating lead nurturing, email campaigns, or data syncing).
Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance with industry standards, including data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Assist in budget tracking and forecasting for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Manage resource allocation and timelines to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Serve as a key liaison between the marketing team and other departments such as sales, IT, and finance to ensure alignment on goals, systems, and strategies.
Support sales teams by ensuring they have the right tools, data, and insights to drive conversion and revenue.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors or agencies that provide marketing technology or services, ensuring service levels are met and performance is optimized.
Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to improve marketing effectiveness and performance.

Required
