Responsibilities
Develop, organize, and track development of administrative, operational, and engineering procedures.
Ensure all procedures comply with NRC, ASME, INPO, and other regulatory standards.
Utilize smart procedure tools and electronic document management systems.
Lead regulatory reviews (10CFR50.59, 10CFR72.48) for relevant procedures.
Provide training and mentorship on procedure writing standards and best practices.
Collaborate with external organizations (NEI, ASME, EPRI) to stay current on industry trends.
Maintain records for audits and regulatory compliance.

Required
10+ years in nuclear power operations, maintenance or engineering, including 5+ years in procedure writing, 2+ years in administrative program procedures and leadership/supervisor role.
3+ years in nuclear operations
5+ years in nuclear maintenance or mechanical fields.
5+ years in nuclear engineering and procedure development.
5 years of commercial nuclear power plant NQA experience.
Proficiency in smart procedure tools and document management systems.
Strong technical writing skills and attention to detail.
Ability to innovate and adapt to changing plant designs and regulatory needs.
High level of knowledge in nuclear power plant systems, terminology, and standards.
