Responsibilities

Target new/existing customer base to drive new product sales, aligned to marketing and regional sales strategies.
Cultivate new relationships, educate prospects, and ultimately drive new sales to exceed revenue targets.
Develop positive relationships and handle customers’ needs.
Conduct webinars, sales presentations, and perform calls and emails necessary to develop a strong relationship with prospects.
Follow sales cycle from inception to close and implementation.
Create an ongoing plan for prioritization of customer calls, emails and scheduled appointments to drive sales pipeline advancement, accurate forecasting and quota achievement.
Effectively maintain and grow knowledge of accounts, Robolink offerings and key trends in education to develop credibility amongst customers and internal colleagues.
Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field and 5+ years of experience in K12 technology/educational sales or 5+ years in education with demonstrated capabilities to transition into an education sales role.
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Google office suite (will train if coming out of the classroom).
Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills, with experience presenting to customers.
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability to change.
Requires some travel, 20-25%.
Pass a criminal background check.
