Responsibilities

Establish the vision and growth strategy for the business and monitor and help drive key execution milestones
Lead the team through change management as a CSI company and partner with stakeholders to identify, strategize, and execute on opportunities to accelerate the company’s position and growth opportunities, including operational excellence and execution, laser focus on customer success, strategic partnerships, and leverage of CSI.
Refine and perfect the business model and go-to-market strategy to further establish DMT as a market leader in the industry today and for the next 10+ years.
Implement the necessary structure and associated discipline to maximize productivity and optimize performance and results.
Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the company’s revenue-generating departments
Manage the global sales team to drive business growth across all customer segments, and share responsibility with the marketing department for improving strategy and customer experience
Execute on the current and future plans to deliver improved cash flow for the DMT business.
Build and retain a world-class team consisting of diverse, complementary skill sets
Partner with other CSI businesses (especially Optimal Blue) to foster strong cooperation and create stronger GTM and customer opportunities
Collaborate with the finance, product management, and marketing teams on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models for achieving revenue goals
Identify and resolve issues across the marketing, sales, account management, client success and deployment teams
Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary for sustainable growth and participate in contract negotiations

Required

Proven CRO / GM / P&L Experience in a Mortgage and/or PropTech Software Business – proven B2B track record of growing a profitable company at scale with shareholder success.
Multi-product or business unit management experience preferred
Track record as an excellent leader who has set a vision/strategy, delivered for customers, commercialized a product roadmap, and built/led a team to exceptional market results
Analytical, Focused Decision-Making – will be metrics/KPI driven and embed a culture of data and fact-based decision-making
Relevant Sector Experience – deep experience in the Mortgage industry with a very strong competitive desire to win and a strong understanding of the opportunities and key levers of this industry
A strong communicator, able to present a vision and build alignment. Adept at hiring, motivating, developing, and retaining a very strong team.
Will be a key representative for DMT to large enterprise and strategic customers as well as the industry.
Significant travel to customers, office locations and industry events.
Mortgage Industry experience as an executive leader; Has successfully led complex businesses in the Mortgage space
Strong Enterprise Customer expertise and experience
Leadership experience within a company of meaningful scale
Prior enterprise Sales and/or Functional Leader experience (C level or SVP)
Proven P&L leader with hands-on experience and cross-functional ownership at scale
Experience driving operational & technical efficiencies to increase profitability
Proven driver of organic growth through leveraging the customer base and/or technology to create new revenue opportunities
Hands-on leader who drives growth and change in a complex, matrixed environment
High EQ / emotionally mature and self-aware
Understands the market, is highly competitive, and wants to win
Ability to lead an established culture and team
Self-starter who works well in teams and independently
Decisive and comfortable making challenging decisions
Record of consistently delivering in environments with a sense of urgency and continuous improvement.
Demonstrated ability to drive the integrated commercial success of the organization, have a strong focus on P&L and the sales and customer retention outcomes, and be a positive representation of the company to its clients.

Has worked at a subsidiary within a broader corporate structure comparable to that of CSI
