Installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting the OnBase content management system
Managing user access
Performing system upgrades
Troubleshooting issues
Providing technical support to end users
Actively monitoring system performance
Identifying areas for improvement
Acting as the primary technical expert for the OnBase platform within the company

Ticketing Systems experience (2nd Level Support)
OnBase Workflow experience
OnBase WorkView
OnBase Administration
Customer Service experience
Trouble Shooting problems with Import Jobs
