Responsibilities
Front-end application development using Angular TypeScript framework, HTML5, CSS3, and related technologies.
Convert SOAP-based web services to RESTful services.
Migrate deployment environments from WebSphere to JBoss EAP.
Participate in all phases of the SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accomplish project goals.
Create technical and design documentation.
Analyze software for performance tuning and configuration optimization.
Develop and maintain data and process models.
Implement client-facing applications with responsive design.
Provide application support including defect resolution and production operations support.

Required
8 years of experience in Front End/UI development, enhancing and maintaining enterprise-class applications on the JEE platform.
8 years of experience in all phases of the SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle).
8 years of development experience implementing applications utilizing JEE Application Servers, Authentication/Authorization, and Caching strategies.
8 years of experience with Java, JEE, REST/SOAP web services, HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, CSS3, Bootstrap, SASS, Typescript, Spring, Java Server Pages, Struts, JSON, XML, JWT, OAuth, Maven, OpenAPI v3, and other related technologies.
8 years of experience implementing client-facing applications with responsive design.
8 years of experience implementing Single Page Applications (SPA) using Angular TypeScript framework (4+ years required).
8 years of experience implementing web services, especially RESTful services with security protocols such as JWT and OAuth.
8 years of experience using JSP and Struts for client-facing applications.
Experience in developing self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components.
8 years of experience implementing best practices in application design, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Preferred
3 years of experience with JBoss or IBM WebSphere Application Server 8 or later.
3 years of experience with Agile Development Methodologies (preferably Scrum).
2 years of experience in development for mobile and tablet platforms.
