Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, including clinical, operational, and technical positions.
Sourcing Talent: Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
Collaborative Hiring: Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and deliver a seamless recruiting experience.
Job Postings: Craft compelling job descriptions and post on relevant platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.

Required
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in healthcare or startup environments.
Strong sourcing and talent acquisition skills, with proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and job boards.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Familiarity with healthcare roles and industry trends is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
