Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Design and Media Specialist, and other team members to create visually appealing graphics that effectively convey OSI’s message and align with our brand identity.
Optimize designs for various media, including social media posts, emails, websites, digital ads, videos, event collateral, and print.
Stay current with the latest graphic design trends, technologies, and best practices.
Strive to innovate and improve, and choose to be a “younger son.”
Pay meticulous attention to detail, using regularly refined checklists to maximize effectiveness and minimize errors.
Employ a systematic design process that balances efficiency with quality, ensuring that products are both impactful and delivered in a timely manner.

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Capability in creating print, digital, and motion graphics with a minimalist design aesthetic.
Demonstrated experience in crafting distinctive branding assets (logos, icons, etc).
Ability to design work that aligns with OSI’s brand identity across all platforms.
