Responsibilities

Manage overall IESD agreement including reporting, marketing program, growth program administration and other activities
Establish Program Growth Goal Dollars
Perform Mid year reviews
Engage with Key Member partners and agents on:
Growth Program performance (monthly)
YTD Performance
Marketing Funds
Specifically promote Distributor Programs & promotions
Promote stock product programs including Fixtures and LED Lamps
Implement – execute with marketing team all facets of Buying Group Marketing Programs
Program manage industry relations, conferences and all activities related to electrical distribution channel.
Manage MRO customer relationship with HD Supply, Fastenal and other MRO customers
Engage agent and other 3rd party partners to meet customer transactional and on-line requirements.
Strategize on adding additional stock products to support MRO customer needs
