Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring and department managers to regularly review and update job descriptions.
Partner with hiring managers to identify suitable candidates for open positions and gain insight into the desired qualifications for each role.
Utilize various recruiting tools and online job boards to proactively identify and attract potential candidates.
Monitor and track recruitment costs and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to hiring.
Conduct initial candidate screenings, introducing them to the position and assessing their potential fit.
Maintain ongoing communication with all candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely interview feedback when appropriate.

Required
Proven ability to efficiently manage a high volume of job openings and applicants
BA or BS required
Demonstrated ability to: complete tasks with minimum supervision
Demonstrated ability to: meet deadlines and to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to: work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Demonstrated ability to: ability to adapt to an evolving environment
Demonstrated ability to: build and cultivate relationships with candidates, employees, and partners

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiating skills
Preferred
3-5 years’ experience in recruiting
Prior experience recruiting in the medical device or aesthetics field preferred
