Responsibilities

Lead integration efforts between Workday, NetSuite, and other enterprise applications, ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs.

Work closely with business stakeholders (Finance, HR, IT) to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Develop integration architecture and technical documentation.

Oversee code reviews, ensure high-quality deliverables, and mentor team members.

Focus on security, reliability, scalability, and performance in all integrations.

Perform regular maintenance, testing, and upgrades to ensure the stability of integrated systems.

Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.

Required

10+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.

Expertise in integrating applications such as Workday (HCM, Payroll, Talent), NetSuite (Financials, Expenses), and Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence).

Strong knowledge of integration technologies (APIs, SOAP/RESTful services, ETL tools).

Proficiency in Java, Python, PowerShell, Terraform, Linux, and SQL.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across teams and business units.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership abilities.
