Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service via phone.
Address and resolve customer account and billing inquiries.
Assist customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity and account access.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.

Required
