Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include prospecting new business and partnering with the sales development representative (SDR) to build out qualified leads;
You will develop a strong understanding of key differentiator, internal / external systems, sales methodologies and processes Close deals;
Involved with all aspects of deals including price and term negotiations management of the entire sales cycle (drive revenue within a specific region);
Responsible for selling the company’s products or services to new accounts with 100-499 total employees;
Have thorough knowledge of 8x8's products/services;
Identifies customer needs and determines optimal company products & services to effectively address customer's needs;
Develops account specific plans to optimize sales through successful execution of account strategy;
Identifies and resolves customer issues/problems by providing appropriate resources and/or materials to address problem/issue;
Updates customer information in company systems;
Responsible for meeting/exceeding assigned revenue targets.

Required

5+ years successful sales experience selling SaaS/UCaaS/CCaaS/VoiP products to customers with 100-499 employees
Closes deals of most complexity involving full suite of products
Ability to discuss in depth issues with customers and effectively address their customer’s needs
Proven success in selling full suite of products
Works on problems of complex scope applying consultative analysis of the customer situation
Proactively leverages other sales resources and channel partners to collaborate on many selling opportunities
Applies a deep knowledge of the industry / vertical space they serve
May play role as player/coach to other AEs with less experience
