Responsibilities
Assist with the daily duties associated with Sustainable Aviation.
Responsibilities included but not limited to providing SAF project support, CRM implementation, cross-functional collaboration, and other duties as required.
Contribute to the SAF project team through research, data analysis, and documentation, assisting with data gathering, project planning, and stakeholder coordination.
Work with our communications team, update template documents, and refresh WSF marketing materials.
Assist in the setup and customization of our CRM system, including data entry, testing, and process optimization to enhance relationship management and project tracking capabilities.
Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure alignment of CRM system functions with existing processes.
Provide general project support to ensure the smooth operation of SAF projects and CRM setup.

Required
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be a Junior actively enrolled in an accredited college or university. An applicant is considered a junior if he/she will have completed all sophomore credits (60 or more semester hours or 90 quarter hours) by the time the internship begins and will be entering at least the junior year immediately following completion of the internship.
Must have a minimum of a 3.0 overall grade point average (GPA)
Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Sustainability, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline
Have a strong interest in sustainability and environmental initiatives, particularly within the aviation, transportation, or renewable energy sectors
Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Familiarity with CRM systems and data management is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset
Must meet the requirements set forth by their local and state government(s) regarding internships
Preferred
Experience with CRM systems or project coordination (from internships or academic projects)
Knowledge of sustainable fuel technologies, renewable energy, environmental compliance, or supply chain management
