Responsibilities

Have primarily focus on the following solutions within our platform:

Prior Authorizations

Financial Assistance Screening

Work with product management team to ensure delivery of high-quality feature functionality in a timely manner

Work with developers, QA, product operations and other teams to ensure successful delivery of products

Utilize strong Excel and SQL skills to extract, analyze, and manipulate data from various sources

Perform in-depth data analysis to derive valuable insights and support decision-making processes

Develop and maintain SQL queries, scripts, and reports to meet business needs

Foster effective communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical teams

Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns

Required

2+ years of Analyst or Product Ownership experience, ideally in a technical or operations process development setting

Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis and reporting

Proven experience in a technology-driven environment

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to operate under stress

Strong project management, organizational, attention-to-detail, and decision-making skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field

Understanding of healthcare revenue management cycle

Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
