Responsibilities
Respond to basic IT helpdesk tickets related to accounting software and tools. Supporting a team of over 50 professionals
Manage updates and changes to user accounts on accounting software platforms.
Maintain documentation for client accounts and team processes.
Assist with onboarding clients to platforms like QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and BILL.
Provide support to clients and team members on software issues.
Learn and apply new tools and features within the tech stack.
Support the team with day-to-day tasks related to accounting systems and processes.
Provide assistance in generating reports using tools like Jirav or Reach Reporting.
Help troubleshoot and resolve basic client inquiries related to accounting software.
Assist with data migrations, file conversions, and setup of new accounts.
Collaborate with the team on process improvements and automations.
Maintain up-to-date records of software subscriptions and vendor communications.
Coordinate with software vendors for basic technical support and updates.

Required
Experience in bookkeeping or accounting (education or work experience).
Familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online.
Familiarity with software that integrates with QBO – BILL, Expensify…
Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new tools.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset.
Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering quality work.
