Responsibilities
Supervising processes for the EDI Onboarding team.
Ensuring workloads are appropriately balanced among team members and within established turnaround times.
Partnering with EDI Leadership to ensure common goals are met and/or exceeded.
Building organizational capacity by identifying and recommending process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality within EDI.
Serving as a resource to team members and internal/external stakeholders on more complex assignments/projects.
Maintaining knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends, assessing the impact, and collaborating with EDI Management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
Managing and enhancing organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives.
Establishing and implementing individual and team priorities, performance goals and objectives to ensure completion of responsibility.
Providing training and development opportunities, including stretch assignments, for team members and giving honest and open feedback to aid in the development of talent.
Managing and evaluating individual/team performance and taking appropriate action to meet and/or exceed performance standards.
Serving as a resource to team members and internal/external stakeholders on more complex assignments/projects.
Ensuring that processes are followed in accordance with internal controls and that data is appropriately managed per LFG corporate data privacy standards.
Ensuring that top talent is hired and retained.

Required
4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)
3+ Years of experience in customer service environment directly aligned to the specific responsibilities of this role
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Preferred
Prior supervisory experience and/or experience working in Ardis/Converge
Ability to balance technical aspect (system, customer, broker) and ability to lead a team.
Ability to prioritize and continuously improve processes, procedures, systems, and the team.
