Responsibilities
Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads to effectively reach parents, educators, and students.
Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create compelling campaigns.
Allocate and manage multi-million advertising budgets to maximize reach and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and SEM strategies to enhance Miaplaza’s online visibility.
Optimize content and website architecture, staying current with best practices and algorithm changes.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize key metrics such as cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and return on investment (ROI).
Interpret campaign performance data to develop actionable insights to refine and improve ongoing marketing efforts.
Manage marketing automation systems to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Plan and execute targeted email campaigns to support overall marketing objectives.
Create and optimize landing pages to improve the customer journey and increase conversion rates.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure effective messaging and UX.
Analyze and optimize the customer journey from first interaction to conversion and retention.
Work closely with marketing team members to develop effective funnels for user acquisition and engagement.
Support the content marketing team in creating performance-aligned content.
Conduct A/B testing to evaluate ad copy, visuals, and other campaign components, ensuring data-backed optimization.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful performance-driven campaigns.
2+ years of people management.
Experience managing a quarterly advertising budget of at least $100,000.
Hands-on experience with major digital advertising platforms like Meta (Facebook), Google Ads, and tools like Google Analytics, Unbounce, etc.
Strong experience in data analysis—comfortable interpreting marketing metrics to drive decisions and optimizations.
Proven experience managing a marketing team and collaborating cross-functionally with content, design, and product development teams.
Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and scale multi-channel digital campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, etc.).
Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to mentor and guide team members.
Preferred
Experience with podcast advertising, advanced influencer campaigns, or affiliate marketing.
Background in EdTech or an understanding of the K-12 educational landscape.
Demonstrated growth or progression at past companies (e.g., promotions, increasing levels of responsibility).
