Responsibilities
Owns the day-to-day media management of account and logistics through the entire paid media cycle for our clients
Delivers on client KPIs (e.g. actions/conversions/ROAS), has the ability to make recommendations to clients on website actions to optimize towards
Develop and foster client relationships and manage day to day communication with internal client and management teams
Works in a team setting to develop efficient and effective paid search plans based on a range of client goals
Able to provide keyword projections and estimates using the keyword planner
Regular pacing checks with adjustments to spend and target CPA to improve campaign performance
Bulk ad uploads and scheduling to support client sales and promotional schedules
Monitor competitor activity with auction insights, experience with SEMRush and Similar Web is a plus
Analyze campaign performance & provide optimization recommendations to clients on a consistent basis
Collaborate with the rest of the team to provide thought leadership, solutions and implement process that will help provide efficiencies
Accountable for completion of clients’ requests in a timely manner
Perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the company as requested by media team directors

Required
College degree required, preferably in Marketing
Google Ads certified
Minimum 4 years of Paid Search media experience
A track record of successfully managing campaign execution and reporting for ROAS and sales
Experience with client service – Building relationships, managing day to day conversations, presenting media plans & optimization recommendations
Platforms: Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, GA360/GA4
Strong presenter and communication skills (oral and written) – This is a client facing role
Must be extremely detail oriented, organized and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Results driven to meet KPIs and goals or have plan to improve performance
Team player, positive attitude, leave your ego at the door
Must be proficient on Excel pivot tables and manage large amounts of data Also, with Keynote and/or PowerPoint to build media recommendations
Strong analytical skills, including ability to identify trends and optimization opportunities from complex raw data sets
Able to take the complex and translate into readily digestible pieces of information for the non-expert digital marketer, with a goal of securing ‘buy in’ on action/next steps
Proven ability to lead multiple projects, prioritize and deliver against changing priorities, multiple stakeholders, and deadlines
Ability to work autonomously, while always keeping directors and stakeholders informed
Must understand the media landscape with a drive keep learning to help bring innovation to our media recommendations
Client service/management skills
Preferred
Knowledge of Tableau, DOMO, Google Data Studio, or other data visualizations and dashboarding tools a plus
Experience with SEMRush and Similar Web is a plus
