Strong service mentality focused on client satisfaction

Mental Agility: Ability to work with several monday.com clients concurrently, daily prioritizing work and preparing for the next interaction with each client

Consultative Mindset: Ability to gain clients’ trust by cultivating deep knowledge of their operating environment, their business and their specific use case

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to ask lots of questions, comprehend the answers, document findings

Proficiency with process flow diagrams is a plus

Technical Curiosity: Master the nuances of monday.com and related systems, continue to expand skills as applicable to the team’s work, and stay current with new features and capabilities

Demonstrates ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information

Client-facing consulting experience

Strong problem solving skills

Ability to prepare complex project plans

Demonstrated customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives

English - must be a native speaker

Preferred

One year or more experience using a SaaS platform (and/or a CRM) as a solution architect/project manager/implementation consultant, such as monday.com, Asana, Trello, Salesforce, Creatio, SugarCRM, Hubspot, etc

Knowledge of make.com is a plus but not required

Previous experience in B2B SaaS as a project manager

Ideally previous knowledge of monday.com
