Responsibilities

Minimum of 5 years working in a Professional Services organization.
Track record of successfully representing Professional Services in a sales cycle.
Proficient at defining and creating Services Statements of Work, or equivalent.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in the corrugated box industry and with Amtech’s software modules.
Proven team leader, with an ability to develop employees to progress in their careers and provide a higher level of service to customers.
Possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a high degree of self-motivation, ability to work independently and make sound and effective decisions that may impact project execution, financial results, and customer relationships.
Ability to work across teams within an organization.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Certinia.
Excellent organization, time management, and presentation skills.
Highly energetic and self-starter.
Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities.
Regular travel is not expected in this role but must have the ability to travel if/when the needs of the business warrant it.
