Responsibilities
You are responsible for meeting and or exceeding sales growth and profitability budgeted objectives by fiscal month and quarter for your Book of Business.
You are expected to be supportive to business practices and internal processes in place that teams that are adjacent to yours adhere to.
In this role you are required to communicate with transparency, honesty, and clarity across teams to ensure alignment.
As a direct report to the Vice President and Sales, you will be expected to partner in strategy development, be able to build detailed business plans and embrace OKR management methods to contribute to the achievement of defined Company Level Objectives.

Required
5 years minimum experience managing across multiple business channels.
4 year college degree or relatable educational experience
Continuous Learning: Cutter & Buck Exec Reading List Completed within First 180 Days of Employment
A clear driving record and valid driver's license is required for this management position.
