Responsibilities

Annual Audit. Management of Annual Audit & preparation for 3rd party review

Month End Close, supervision

Directing the accounting function, including financial reporting, periodic jurisdictional reporting and legal filings, and receivables & payables

Account Reconciliation Guidance & Review

Manages activities of small remote accounting team

Provides input on strategic decisions and cross-functional guidance

Other duties as assigned

Required

CPA

Point-person for the External Audit

Supervisory Experience – ideally in the software or high-tech industry (at least have Service experience)

ERP system experience (they are converting to NetSuite from QuickBooks)

4-5 years of experience, with direct industry experience

Preferred

Michigan CPA

Recent audit experience

Experience with establishing an ERP system

SaaS company experience & understanding of the industry

Netsuite, Zoho ERP tool experience
