Responsibilities
Maintain minimum level of billable utilization as determined by Redpath leadership
Capture and analyze business requirements, translate those requirements into solution options, and communicate those effectively back to the client
Recommend and collaborate with clients on user acceptance testing strategies
Conduct function and system integration testing
Implementation and customization of client Salesforce solution projects that involve but are not limited to Nonprofit Cloud, NPSP, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud to ensure scope and client expectations are met
Work with client management, client subject matter experts (SMEs) and or information technology personnel to complete Salesforce support tasks, as required
Apply a general understanding of business operations ideally focused on Nonprofit Fundraising, Grants Management, Program Management, and Case Management.
Work under general direction and independently to determine and develop approach to solutions
Respond to a variety of questions and concerns from stakeholders and communicate the status of requests; document findings and actions
Provide support to current Redpath clients within agreed upon service levels
Effectively build and maintain relationships with current clients
Provide excellent level of customer service to ensure client success and meet client satisfaction survey expectations
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the duration of the engagement
Consistently close projects on time and on budget with little intervention from management
Strong desire for Salesforce mastery and will earn additional certifications and maintain existing
Assist with internal industry experience training
Support Redpath Vision/Mission and Core Values
Engage productively with project team, understand project team roles, and lead with solutions when encountering challenges
Ability to solve problems independently as well as correctly identify when to seek help

Required
2 or more years experience working for or with nonprofits
1 or more years of Salesforce System Administrator experience
1 or more years of business analyst or other technical role/responsibilities
Certified Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
Certified Salesforce System Administrator
Ability to uphold Redpath’s company values
Preferred
1+ years of Salesforce consulting experience
Ability to work successfully with remote business and technical teams
Any of the following certifications or equivalent experience: Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, Education Cloud
System integration experience (design or development)
Familiarity with Raiser’s Edge
