Responsibilities

Perform operational support, maintenance, and system configuration in alignment with departmental procedures.

Identify, analyze, and resolve complex data and system issues.

Work independently and lead small teams for team initiatives and projects.

Gather requirements, develop specifications, and prepare/review documentation.

Develop, validate, and execute comprehensive test plans.

Provide 24/7 on-call support, as applicable.

Effectively communicate, negotiate changes, and prioritize tasks with clients, vendors, and colleagues.

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific applications or domains.

Educate and mentor other team members.

Represent Information Systems in meetings with clinical and operational committees, as needed.

Travel for mandatory certifications or to various organizational locations, including patient care areas, as required.

Ensure compliance with enterprise and departmental information security policies and regulatory requirements.

Required

EPIC certification is required for consideration.

Epic Cadence Certification (required)

Minimum 4+ years of experience with Epic build processes

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related healthcare field (required)

Strong independent work ethic and ability to adapt quickly (Agile mindset)

Advanced oral and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Preferred

Healthcare experience (2-5 years preferred)

Information Systems analyst experience (3-5 years preferred)
