Responsibilities
Leading an internal product data and merchandizing team through the management of the full product data lifecycle from cradle to grave for all SKUs within our system.
Managing high visibility projects involving updating our growing product database and disseminating the data across internal platforms, such as: ERP, CPQ, & Ecommerce.
Clearly communicate deliverables and expectations within the team and with project stakeholders.
Managing the team to provide accurate and timely data for ongoing pricing contracts, maintain data relationships between products, pricing, and customers, and merchandising products, etc.
This role will be critical for standardizing data processes, maintaining timelines, and establishing best practices within the team.
Use data driven insights to drive efficiency and mold product data into usable, merchandised information that meet the requirements needed across our systems and across the company.
Working with stakeholders across the company to understand processes, resolve discrepancies and support product data management needs related to sales, marketing, vendor relations, etc.
Measurement and reporting of key process KPIs and project timelines.

Required
2+ years of direct data management and/or data merchandising experience
1+ years of experience in project management
Bachelor's degree
Excellent Excel skills, with regards to data management and manipulation
Reliable communication and project management capabilities
Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to ask questions
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to approach problems from multiple perspectives
High motivation and curiosity to learn
Preferred
Experience with Product Master Data Management a plus
Experience with Magento, A+, SQL a plus
Experience with Project Management Tools, Asana, a plus
