Responsibilities
Facilitating/coaching clients about business goals specifically in the realm of increasing profitability, increasing top line revenue, and optimizing cash flow.
Training and delivering NextLevel Practice methodology via teleconference or call, so the client masters the content.
Supporting and holding clients accountable with the implementation of our methodology and philosophy.
Consulting in a directive partnership.
Collaborating with executive, sales, marketing, and fulfilment teams to develop profitability program constantly.
Setting goals for each client and creating a customized game plan to achieve these results.
Developing KPIs and metrics to measure client and department success.
Listening and moving people through places they get stuck and keeping it sustainable, relating to the emotional side of the client.
Reviewing and analyzing weekly tracking reports, ROI’s, and agreements, to determine where clients need to be coached, consulted, or trained.
Committing to over-delivering and 'finding a way' to accomplish what needs to get done.

Required
Must be passionate and skilled in facilitating/coaching clients about business goals specifically in the realm of increasing profitability, increasing top line revenue, and optimizing cash flow.
Working knowledge of human behavior and the stages of transformation.
Possess the ability to train and deliver NextLevel Practice methodology via teleconference or call, so the client masters the content.
Willing to support and hold clients accountable with the implementation of our methodology and philosophy.
Possess the ability to consult in a directive partnership.
Collaborate with executive, sales, marketing, and fulfilment teams to develop profitability program constantly.
Understand how to set goals for each client and create a customized game plan to achieve these results.
Develop KPIs and metrics to measure client and department success.
Have experience listening and moving people through places they get stuck and keep it sustainable, relating to the emotional side of the client.

Must be passionate about health and wellness and be interested in working closely with a healthcare thought leader.

Willing to submit a recorded mock presentation of themselves using PowerPoint during the interview process. Recording should be estimated 10 minutes in length.
Must be a self starter.
Competent in reading and analyzing profit and loss statements.
Comfortable presenting on stage in front of 50+ people.
2 or more years of experience working as business coach, trainer or related.
3 or more years of experience working in the dental industry.
High level of written and oral communication skills.
Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Confident delivering coaching and presentations live and recorded on video and live on stage.
Preferred
A degree in business, psychology, or health and wellness (or equivalent knowledge and/or experience) is preferred.
