Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with assigned ISV partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic priorities.
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to evaluate partnership performance, identify areas for growth, and plan future initiatives.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of each ISV partner’s product offerings, roadmap, and value proposition.
Work closely with ISV partners and sales leaders to execute joint GTM strategies, including co-marketing efforts, joint events, and sales enablement activities.
Ensure GTM plans are tailored to the unique needs of the JPS market and are executed effectively.
Continuously assess the effectiveness of GTM initiatives and provide strategic guidance for improvements.
Align internal resources, including marketing, sales, and technical teams, to support ISV partnerships.
Facilitate training and enablement programs to ensure sales teams are well-equipped to promote ISV partner solutions.
Act as the liaison between ISV partners and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and addressing any issues that arise.
Monitor progress on joint initiatives and ensure that key milestones are achieved on schedule.
Identify and address any challenges that could impact the success of the partnership, keeping projects on track.
Use performance data to guide strategic adjustments and enhance future collaboration.
Keep partners informed of relevant market trends, industry developments, and public sector needs.
Share insights that can help ISV partners better align their solutions with market demands.
Provide feedback to partners on how they can enhance their offerings to drive greater success in the JPS sector.
Foster strong, trust-based relationships with assigned ISV partners, acting as a strategic advisor and advocate.
Organize regular engagement activities, such as strategy sessions, workshops, and collaborative planning meetings, to maintain strong alignment and momentum.
Ensure ongoing communication to keep partners engaged and informed about joint initiatives and company priorities.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner relationship management, with a focus on sales within the Public Sector, including State, Local, and Education (SLED) or Federal markets.
Baseline knowledge of government contracting processes, procurement cycles, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and advanced tools like Power BI and Forms.
Strong experience with HubSpot for tracking, logging, and managing partner activities, as well as generating reports and insights.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing joint GTM strategies with partners.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights effectively.
Ability to manage multiple partnerships and projects concurrently, with a focus on achieving strategic objectives.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex partner ecosystems.
Familiarity with the public sector market and its unique needs and requirements.
