Insurance Commissions Specialist

Responsibilities
Track incoming commissions per location
Analyze and input commission statements into software
Pull carrier statements from websites or request from appropriate contact
Ensure timely payout of commissions and bonus' to employees
Troubleshoot and correct any commission discrepancies
Communicate with leadership on any variances or issues
Ad hoc and monthly report creation
Other tasks as assigned

Required
3-5 years accounting or data analyst experience
Insurance Accounting and/or commissions experience
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
Hands-on experience with accounting software like NetSuite
Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Preferred
Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree (Strongly Preferred)
